Return Process

  Securely pack the unused kitchenware in its original box, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
