Yes, all Cook With Willow premium cookware comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and material issues under normal household use.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used kitchen tools cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Are your ceramic products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our ceramic collection is dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items with gold leaf accents or wooden handles should be hand-washed to preserve their quality.
